Our Greendance Bella Rosé is a fruity sweet blush comprised of Niagara (85%) and Cabernet Franc (15%)

Crafted with handpicked berries from our field trellis, our Blackberry wine is smooth and moderately sweet with a lingering finish-bursting with tangy brambleberry flavor and spirituous aroma of ripe hedgerow fruit.

The name of the Merlot grape is thought to have its origins in the French word for blackbird, "merle", and so our grandmother's red-winged blackbird appliqué is the perfect expression for this wine which combines rich ripe blackberries from our farm and Merlot grapes with their soft tannins.

A sparkling Pennsylvania white wine.

Crafted from grapes sourced from the Grand River Valley, this French-style brut rosé is made from the saignée of Cabernet Franc with a touch of Marquette.  A pale yet radiant pink colour adorned with warm glints of gold.  An exciting blush to brighten and enliven the last months of summer!

These Cabernet Franc grapes ripened and harvested in late October in southeastern Pennsylvania resulting in an intense and rich wine.

Our Concord begins with its pleasantly familiar nose and continues with the captivating flavors of bright red berries, blackberry, and red cherry.  This well - balanced sweet wine with pleasing mouth feel is enjoyable on all occasions, especially amenable to after dinner sipping.

Vinifera balance the acidity of our modern hybrids for the full-bodied experience across the palate from sip to finish.  French Oak and exotic chocolate tannins frame this bold blend, the heart's blood of Greendance, in the fifteenth year of our production.

Fresh and distinct, our semi-sweet Cranberry Wine has an enticing fruitiness backed with a tart finish that awakens the palate.  Enjoy the bright aromas and flavors chilled or at room temperature.

his dessert wine is a blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel grapes fermented and fortified with grape spirits - finishing off a red fruit forward wine.  The newest addition to our fortified port-wines.

The Frontenac (60%) and Chambourcin (40%) are deep ruby, full-bodied, aromatic cold-hardy hybrid grapes grown here in our vineyards.  The palate is spicy and the finish is earthy and long.   

Frontenac Gris is a winter-tolerant French-American Hybrid grape that thrives in our microclimate on gentle slopes in sandy loam soil.  The fully ripened fruit is harvested, fermented, and naturally transformed into a remarkable estate wine.

Our regulars delight in our Isabella, a well-balanced and soft textured blush with notes of strawberry and boysenberry.  The Isabella grape, named after a famous southern belle Isabella Gibbs, has uncertain origins in nineteenth century America.  This appealing wine is sweet, lighter in alcohol, and adaptable to a wide array of culinary delights.  Greendance Winery's best-seller.

Meticulous management of the harvest for this vinifera-like hybrid grown on our Pennsylvania ridge was barrel-fermented in French Oak and aged to soften tannins.

The first sign of real spring the red and green rhubarb stalks peaking through the frosty soil, reminds us of the farms and backyards of bygone days.  Our rhubarb wine has a fruity full rhubarb aromas with a nod to green apples.  The palate is unique--vibrant, verdant with a lingering crisp finish.  

The most prized of the German grapes with floral overtones and perfect acid balance.  The Greendance version is unique, but retains the authentic German Riesling typicity.

Pennsylvania Rosé Wine from grapes selected from our own vineyards and other renowned Pennsylvania vineyards.

These grapes attain their highest potential by extracting their minerality from the stony mica-rich soils of the terroir.  The result is a wine with a keen aroma and hint of red currant and gooseberry for which the "savage" white is renowned.    

This semi-sweet Sparkling Grüner Veltliner (100%) from Pennsylvania, known affectionately as Grü Ve in its native land, has a citrus bouquet and palate allied to a slight acidity.  The Austrian Grüner Veltliner grape is rapidly becoming a premier varietal for Pennsylvania.

Vidal Blanc, "Nectar of the North", is a remarkably versatile grape. Our sweet Vidal fills the nose with citrus and apple.  The palate is crisp and spirited.
