The name of the Merlot grape is thought to have its origins in the French word for blackbird, "merle", and so our grandmother's red-winged blackbird appliqué is the perfect expression for this wine which combines rich ripe blackberries from our farm and Merlot grapes with their soft tannins.

These Cabernet Franc grapes ripened and harvested in late October in southeastern Pennsylvania resulting in an intense and rich wine.

Our Concord begins with its pleasantly familiar nose and continues with the captivating flavors of bright red berries, blackberry, and red cherry.  This well - balanced sweet wine with pleasing mouth feel is enjoyable on all occasions, especially amenable to after dinner sipping.

Vinifera balance the acidity of our modern hybrids for the full-bodied experience across the palate from sip to finish.  French Oak and exotic chocolate tannins frame this bold blend, the heart's blood of Greendance, in the fifteenth year of our production.

his dessert wine is a blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel grapes fermented and fortified with grape spirits - finishing off a red fruit forward wine.  The newest addition to our fortified port-wines.

The Frontenac (60%) and Chambourcin (40%) are deep ruby, full-bodied, aromatic cold-hardy hybrid grapes grown here in our vineyards.  The palate is spicy and the finish is earthy and long.   

Meticulous management of the harvest for this vinifera-like hybrid grown on our Pennsylvania ridge was barrel-fermented in French Oak and aged to soften tannins.
