Frontenac Gris is a winter-tolerant French-American Hybrid grape that thrives in our microclimate on gentle slopes in sandy loam soil.  The fully ripened fruit is harvested, fermented, and naturally transformed into a remarkable estate wine.

Bitingly citrus, especially grapefruit.  Full bodied.

These grapes attain their highest potential by extracting their minerality from the stony mica-rich soils of the terroir.  The result is a wine with a keen aroma and hint of red currant and gooseberry for which the "savage" white is renowned.    

This semi-sweet Sparkling Grüner Veltliner (100%) from Pennsylvania, known affectionately as Grü Ve in its native land, has a citrus bouquet and palate allied to a slight acidity.  The Austrian Grüner Veltliner grape is rapidly becoming a premier varietal for Pennsylvania.

Vidal Blanc is a winter-tolerant French hybrid grape that thrives in eastern Pennsylvania.  The fully ripened fruit results in a wine that is delicate, lively and crisp with citrus.
