Crafted with handpicked berries from our field trellis, our Blackberry wine is smooth and moderately sweet with a lingering finish-bursting with tangy brambleberry flavor and spirituous aroma of ripe hedgerow fruit.

The name of the Merlot grape is thought to have its origins in the French word for blackbird, "merle", and so our grandmother's red-winged blackbird appliqué is the perfect expression for this wine which combines rich ripe blackberries from our farm and Merlot grapes with their soft tannins.

Fresh and distinct, our semi-sweet Cranberry Wine has an enticing fruitiness backed with a tart finish that awakens the palate.  Enjoy the bright aromas and flavors chilled or at room temperature.

Frontenac Gris is a winter-tolerant French-American Hybrid grape that thrives in our microclimate on gentle slopes in sandy loam soil.  The fully ripened fruit is harvested, fermented, and naturally transformed into a remarkable estate wine.

Our flagship wine, Red Raspberry is dedicated to the raspberries grown by our sister company, Sand Hill Berries, for more than 30 years.  Unequivocally these fruits yield a uique ambrosia beloved throughout the world. 

A blend of the juices of seven different varieties of raspberries -- cold fermented and back blended with pure red raspberry juice.  All the berries were carefully sorted for full ripeness at Sand Hill Berries.  Only a berry farm could afford to produce a wine like this!

Sweet enough for dessert on its own, but excellent with all cheeses and rich desserts such as cheesecake.

The first sign of real spring the red and green rhubarb stalks peaking through the frosty soil, reminds us of the farms and backyards of bygone days.  Our rhubarb wine has a fruity full rhubarb aromas with a nod to green apples.  The palate is unique--vibrant, verdant with a lingering crisp finish.
