These Cabernet Franc grapes ripened and harvested in late October in southeastern Pennsylvania resulting in an intense and rich wine.

This lightly-oaked Chardonnay grown in Pennsylvania brings forward the unique character of the terroir and  reflects the traditional typicity rivalling any other.

Bitingly citrus, especially grapefruit.  Full bodied.

Meticulous management of the harvest for this vinifera-like hybrid grown on our Pennsylvania ridge was barrel-fermented in French Oak and aged to soften tannins.

So small space--so much simple joy!

These grapes attain their highest potential by extracting their minerality from the stony mica-rich soils of the terroir.  The result is a wine with a keen aroma and hint of red currant and gooseberry for which the "savage" white is renowned.
